A: Yes. CMS has extensive experience working with liquid chillers used in labs for cold storage and in the production industry, as well as for comfort cooling and institutional applications. CMS is environmentally friendly and is licensed in Massachusetts for pipefitting, refrigeration and oil burners. We are also EPA certified for refrigerant transition and recovery.

A: Yes. CMS holds a Massachusetts pipefitters license and can perform work on steam, hot water, chilled water and hydronic systems having a capacity up to and over 700,000 BTU’s per hour.
